
Tomato soup with hunter's sausages and beans
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. What I like about this soup is that it's ready in no time, turns out filling, delicious, and warming. That's why I usually make it during the cold season. Want to find out? Ladle into bowls and serve.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into cubes.

Place a pot with water over heat. Pour about 1.5 liters of water and add potatoes. Cook until done.

Peel the onion and carrot. Grate the carrot on a grater, chop the onion into cubes.

Sauté the onion and carrots until the carrots are soft.

If the sausages have a tough skin, it's better to remove it. Cut the sausages into pieces, add them to the pan, and fry for about 2 minutes.

Add tomato paste, fry for another minute, don't forget to stir.

Chop the tomatoes in their own juice and add them to the vegetables; bring to a boil.

The potatoes are already cooked, add the canned beans with their sauce to the pot, along with everything from the skillet and the spices. If the soup is too thick, add a little water.

Let the soup simmer for about 3 minutes, taste for salt. If the soup turns out too sour, you can add a little sugar.
