
Tomato soup with noodles
Description
A hearty and aromatic soup. Since the main ingredient of the soup is tomatoes, it's best to use fresh and juicy vegetables. You can make this soup without noodles, adding only meat. Most tomato soups are served cold, but this one is served hot, right after cooking.

1. Rinse the pork ribs, place them in a pot, pour in 2 liters of water, and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Place the tomato pieces in a bowl.

3. Peel the onion and cut it into medium pieces.

4. Rinse the carrots under running water and grate on a medium grater.

5. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, add the onion, and cook for 5-7 minutes.

6. Add the carrots to the skillet and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

7. Add the tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, then cover with a lid and cook for another 7 minutes.
