Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, grind the chicken breast into minced meat using a food processor or a regular meat grinder.
- 2
Step 2

Add 1 egg to the chicken mince, season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Shape the resulting mixture into small meatballs.
- 3
Step 3

Place the meatballs in a baking dish, drizzle with oil, and put in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. Bake until cooked through.
- 4
Step 4

Take a deep saucepan, sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent.
- 5
Step 5

Place the bell peppers in the oven (you can do it together with the meatballs) and bake until black charred spots appear.
- 6
Step 6

Place the tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Peel the tomatoes and peppers. Cut them carefully—try to retain as much juice in the vegetables as possible.
- 8
Step 8

Add the chopped tomatoes and peppers to the onion sautéed until translucent. Mix, bring to a boil, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then pour in chicken broth (the amount depends on your desired consistency), bring to a boil once more, and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat, covered.
- 9
Step 9

Then, using a blender, blend the soup until smooth, season with salt and pepper, place over heat, warm through—and the soup is ready.
- 10
Step 10

The meatballs are ready, the soup is ready, now we just need to prepare the bread bowls (if you'd like, you can finish cooking the soup here and simply serve it with the meatballs). So, take our round loaves of bread.
- 11
Step 11

Cut off the top of the bread and carefully remove the crumb with a knife (you can use it to make breadcrumbs, for example).
- 12
Step 12

Beat two eggs with salt, then use the resulting mixture to thoroughly grease the inner surface of our bread pots. Place the greased pots in the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes at 220 degrees.
- 13
Step 13

Well, all the ingredients are ready — it's time to serve the soup. Take a soup crock, pour in the hot soup, add a few meatballs, and, if desired, garnish with fresh herbs. Done!
