Tomato soup with turkey
Description
Perfect for lunch. To prepare a delicious turkey tomato soup, cut fresh tomatoes in half and grate them on a coarse grater. Feel free to discard the skins. Combine the freshly grated tomatoes with tomatoes in their own juice. Finely chop celery, onion, and garlic. Cut turkey fillet into small cubes, about 1 centimeter in size. Grease the bottom of the saucepan you'll use to cook the soup. First, sauté the turkey, then add the vegetables and continue sautéing, stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes and water, then add salt. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes. Happy cooking! Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
