Tomato soup with beef
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Beef tomato soup is traditionally cooked with lolot pepper leaves, but it's unlikely we can find this type of pepper here—it grows in Vietnam and Laos. However, you can easily substitute the leaves with spinach or sorrel. The result will be excellent: a delicious and nutritious soup. Adjust the amount of water to your taste. I recommend browning the minced meat directly in a heavy-bottomed pot, then adding water to the same pot. Use spices according to your preference. Serve the beef tomato soup with boiled rice.
