Tomato soup with bulgur
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This soup can be based on either meat or vegetable broth. I always add potatoes to my soups, even when there's already grain, but you can leave them out if you prefer. If you don't have fresh tomatoes or tomato juice on hand, use tomatoes in their own juice, or as a last resort, tomato paste.
