Tomato puree soup for weight loss
Description
A hearty and aromatic soup. Strangely enough, tomatoes aren't particularly rich in vitamins and minerals, so why have we included this dish in our list of dietary soups? The thing is, this recipe for weight-loss tomato cream soup has some very interesting properties. First of all, since tomatoes are a low-calorie vegetable and we're using almost nothing else in our soup, it automatically becomes a diet-friendly dish. Also, we shouldn't forget that tomatoes contain the pigment lycopene, which breaks down lipids and speeds up digestion. Since tomatoes are available year-round, preparing this soup won't be difficult at all. Now I'll tell you how to make tomato cream soup for weight loss.
