
Turnip stew with radish
Description
A hearty first course. For this tyuri, you can substitute black radish for the green radish, but then it will be much spicier. You may replace the herbs with any other kind to suit your taste. The croutons can be dried not only in the oven, but also in the microwave, or simply fried in a pan.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making turnip with radish.

Peel the radish, rinse it, cut into thin strips, and place in a bowl.

Wash and dry parsley and celery greens, then chop.

Cut the rye bread into medium cubes and dry in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
