Warm Thai beef salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. The better the ingredients, the better the result—that's a simple truth. So choose fresh, tender beef, preferably steak. Pick slightly underripe mango with a hint of tartness. Add plenty of cilantro, and adjust the spiciness of the chili to your taste. The salad is ready to serve.
