Warm salad with veal
Description
The recipe won't take much time. During detox days, it's not absolutely necessary to starve; you can simply include light and easily digestible dishes in your diet. Today I'd like to introduce you to one of them—my favorite recipe for a warm veal salad. We'll be using plenty of vegetables, which we'll first roast in the oven, as well as veal, which is itself nearly a diet-friendly meat. As a result, the dish turns out to be quite light and incredibly delicious. I'm absolutely thrilled with it and highly recommend you try making this warm veal salad at home—you won't regret it. Serve at once.

Step 1

First, thoroughly wash the vegetables, then remove the seeds from the pepper, cut out the stem, and slice it into half-rings. Cut the eggplant and zucchini into rounds, place all the vegetables into a baking dish, and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 250 degrees (grill function).

Step 2

Rinse the veal under running water, pat dry, and cut into small pieces. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the veal until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 3

We also wash the tomatoes and arugula, then cut the tomatoes in half.

Now place arugula, tomatoes, roasted vegetables, and seared meat into a deep plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste, 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and mix everything together – the salad is ready. Enjoy your meal!
