Warm salad with pear and chicken liver
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. You can use any greens as a base. It's important not to overcook the liver in the pan, so it stays tender and juicy. Before serving, you can top the salad not only with sesame seeds, but also with flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, or a handful of your favorite nuts. Can be served immediately.
