The hot potatoes transfer their warmth to the other ingredients, subtly changing their flavor: making them slightly softer, juicier, and more aromatic. Give it a try—it's delicious. 1. Young potatoes should be thoroughly washed and boiled until cooked. Then cut the potatoes into 4-8 pieces.
