Cheese and garlic tartlets
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. You can buy ready-made tartlets at the store. It will be much faster, and they can be stored longer. Can be served immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. If the dough is in a roll, simply unroll it. Cut into small squares.
- 2
Step 2

Turn each square into a little boat like this, brushing the edges with beaten egg (it's essential, otherwise they may fall apart).
- 3
Step 3

Place them on a baking sheet, prick with a fork in several places, and sprinkle a little dried beans into each to help them keep their shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Once done, remove the beans from the tart shells. I decided not to use beans in a few tart shells, just out of curiosity, and they all warped—so, dear cooks, it's better not to neglect using beans.

Step 4

Let's make the filling. First, the cheese filling. Mix Almette cheese or another type of cottage cheese with finely chopped dill and garlic.

Step 5

Using a teaspoon, carefully place the filling into the tartlets. Decorate as desired. I used red pepper; sometimes I decorate with shrimp, which also tastes very delicious.
