
Thai fish soup
Description
A hearty first course. I recommend all lovers of Asian cuisine to try making this simple Thai fish soup recipe at least once. If the taste seems too spicy, you can add a little coconut milk before serving to make the soup less fiery.

1. The vegetable base for this dish is prepared in a rather unusual way. Eggplants, garlic, peppers, and shallots need to be roasted on a grill or in the oven.
