Tabbouleh
Description
First of all, I want to say that tabbouleh should be prepared in advance, since bulgur takes 40 minutes just to soak, and then it still needs time to cool down. So, you should start preparing this salad at least an hour before serving. Tabbouleh is considered a part of Lebanese cuisine, but this dish is popular in other countries of the region as well. Since the ingredients are quite simple and accessible, the recipe for tabbouleh is also popular in our home. I'm sharing it with you.
