
Cheese soup with cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This simple yet delicious creamy cheese soup will wonderfully diversify your menu. It takes forty minutes to prepare and is served hot (it's even better with croutons made from white bread). Fresh herbs go perfectly with the combination of cream and cheese (this recipe uses two types of cheese—processed and hard). The soup is ready to serve.

1. This soup is not prepared with broth, so we chop the potatoes, put them in cold water, bring to a boil and skim off the foam. We salt and season to taste, then cook the potatoes until done.

2. While the potatoes are boiling, place the chopped onion and carrot into a frying pan. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown.

3. Grate two types of cheese: hard and processed.

4. When the vegetables are fried, add them to the soup, along with the grated cheese. Bring everything to a boil, then season with salt and spices to taste. Be very careful with salt, as the cheese is quite salty.

5. At the very end, add the cream and chopped fresh herbs. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
