Cheese soup with vegetables
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. It is light and dietary, made with a large amount of vegetables. It can be enjoyed all year round, as you can use frozen vegetables (this won't affect the taste at all). Serve it with fresh herbs or a spoonful of sour cream. A perfect option for a light yet satisfying meal. Try making it yourself. Serve the soup hot.

Step 1

1. Place the pan over heat and add a little sunflower oil. Pour the mixture of frozen vegetables into the hot pan, season with salt and pepper, and fry until half-cooked (the main thing is that the vegetables should not change their color).

Step 2

2. Place a pot on the stove, pour water into it, and wait for it to boil. Cut the cheese into pieces and add it to the boiling water. Transfer the vegetables from the frying pan into the pot. Cook everything for about five to seven minutes, seasoning to taste.

Step 3

3. Wash the herbs and finely chop them. Add the herbs a few minutes before cooking is complete, cover with a lid, and let steep for about 10–15 minutes. Serve the finished soup in portions.
