Cheese soup with chanterelles

Description

Perfect for lunch. The cheesy soup has a creamy texture, it's filling yet light. I add bacon to make it more substantial, as well as processed cheese slices. You'll need a blender to prepare this soup. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
