
Cheese soup with smoked sausages
Description
Smoked sausages will give the soup a distinctive smoky flavor, but you can also make it with regular sausages or hunter's sausages. Use only high-quality cheese that melts well. You can use any fresh or even dried herbs. Serve the soup hot.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making cheese soup with smoked sausages.

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Place the vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Peel the sausages and slice them into rounds. Add the sausages to the pan with the vegetables and fry everything together for 3-4 minutes, stirring.

Pour water into a saucepan and place over medium heat, add a little salt. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Add them to the saucepan and cook for 10–15 minutes after boiling, until the potatoes are tender.

Cut the processed cheese into small cubes and add it to the pot with the potatoes. Cook the soup until the cheese is completely dissolved, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Add the sautéed vegetables with sausages and finely chopped herbs to the soup. Cook for another couple of minutes, then remove from heat.
