
Cheese soup with cabbage
Description
An aromatic cheesy soup is perfect for a family lunch—its flavor is so gentle and mild that it will easily please all your loved ones. Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose the type of cheese according to your taste, the main thing is that it should be easy to melt. The ideal option is processed cheese.

Peel the potatoes, rinse them in water, and cut into medium-sized cubes. Transfer the diced potatoes to a saucepan and pour in hot water. Add a couple of bay leaves and boil the potatoes for about 8–10 minutes.

Peel the carrots, rinse, and cut into small cubes. Add to the pot and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Shred the white cabbage and add the cut pieces to the container with the other ingredients.

Rinse and chop the green onion, then add the chopped pieces to the soup. If substituting with onion, add the chopped onion together with the carrots.
