
Cheese soup with meatballs
Description
Very tasty soup turns out with cheese pieces. Adjust the level of "cheesiness" to your taste by adding more cheese. When choosing cheese, prefer varieties without additives.

Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Use homemade or store-bought minced meat.

Peel the onion and carrot. Slice the carrot into rounds or strips, and dice the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the vegetables until cooked.

Sort the grain to remove debris and spoiled kernels. Rinse thoroughly under water.
