
Cheese soup with white mushrooms
Description
Boil the mushrooms separately. While they are cooking, pour water into a pot, bring to a boil, and add chopped potatoes. Sauté the cooked mushrooms, carrots, and onions in a frying pan with oil. Then transfer everything to the pot and add a processed cheese slice. Thick and delicious mushroom cheese soup is ready. The aroma has already gathered everyone in the house in the kitchen. All that's left is to ladle it into bowls and serve. Serve the soup hot.

Bring the broth to a boil and add the chopped potatoes. Add salt. Boil the dried mushrooms in a separate pot for 20 minutes. Then chop them.

Grate the carrots and lightly sauté in vegetable oil.

Then add the mushrooms and finely chopped onion to the skillet. Simmer, stirring, for another 5 minutes.

Add the sauté to the almost cooked potatoes, along with the processed cheese. Also pour half a cup of the broth in which the mushrooms were boiled into the soup.
