French-style cheese soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. This soup is very simple and quick to prepare, and no exotic ingredients are required. The aroma of mushrooms combined with the creamy cheese flavor creates a wonderful blend. You can use any processed cheese, but "Yantar" or "Viola" in boxes will dissolve much faster in the soup. As for the vegetable oil, any kind will do, but since you're making a French-style soup, olive oil is preferable. Chicken thigh fillet is best to use, though that's a matter of taste. Ladle into bowls and serve.
