Cheese fish soup
Description
The distinctive feature of this dish is its rich cheesy aroma and piquancy, enhanced by the delicate fish. I cook it in a multicooker, but it can also be prepared on the stovetop, with approximately the same cooking time. Before serving, let the finished soup sit in the pot for a while to allow the flavors to meld. Good luck! Ladle into bowls and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Chop the onion finely and cut the carrot into strips. Pour a little oil into the multicooker bowl and sauté the vegetables there for 5 minutes in "Frying" mode. Add a little water and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

Remove the bones and skin from the fish and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
- 3
Step 3

We also wash, peel, and cut the potatoes. I slice them into wedges because I prefer them that way.
- 4
Step 4

Add the fish to the vegetables.
- 5
Step 5

Add the potatoes. Top up with water and set the multicooker to "Soup" mode for 30 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Add the soft processed cheese, mix well, and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7
Step 7

The soup is ready. Serve hot.
