Cheese cream soup with processed cheese

Description

   Step 1

   Cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots, and finely chop the onion. Pour in water and cook the vegetables until done.

   Pour one glass of vegetable broth into a separate container. Drain all the remaining liquid.

   Add the processed cheese, grated on a grater. Blend all the ingredients using a blender.

   Add the broth to the soup and mix.
