    Wash the beet and clean it with a brush.

    Grate the beet on a coarse grater.

    Cut the brinza into cubes, strips, or petals.

    We wash the cucumbers and cut them into julienne strips.

    Mix mayonnaise (preferably homemade) with garlic pressed through a garlic press or finely chopped, and pepper. Do not add salt—the feta cheese is already salty enough!

    Layer the salad on a flat dish: cheese-cucumbers-beets-eggs, moistening each layer with flavorful garlic mayonnaise. Garnish the dish with tomato slices and fresh herbs.
