Beet salad with prunes and walnuts
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Beet salad with prunes and walnuts is one of the few Ukrainian dishes where beetroot is the main ingredient. Since beetroot is a rather specific vegetable and not everyone's favorite, this beet salad with prunes and walnuts is also a matter of personal taste. However, if you, like me, really enjoy beets in salads, you will definitely like this salad. Sharing the recipe. Serve at the table.
