Beet salad with bacon

This colorful salad is very quick to prepare, and you can easily make it even when unexpected guests arrive. The main thing is to boil the necessary ingredients in the morning or the evening beforehand. You can dress the dish with mayonnaise of any fat content or with sour cream.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the beet and chicken egg separately in advance until cooked, then cool.

Peel the red onion and rinse it in water. Slice into rounds. Peel the beet, rinse it, and also slice into rounds. Arrange the vegetable slices on a plate, alternating them with each other.

Peel the boiled egg, rinse it, and cut into quarters. Place on a plate. If desired, the chicken egg can be replaced with three quail eggs.
