The recipe won't take much time. Fresh salmon salad is another easy salad in the style of "grab whatever you have, chop it up, drizzle with olive oil, and eat." I should note that I first made this salad on the fly—randomly mixing ingredients I had at home—and discovered that this combination was actually quite good.
