
Vermicelli soup in a multicooker

This soup turns out light and nutritious, making it ideal for breakfast or lunch. It's my favorite because it reminds me of childhood. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes or slices, whichever you prefer.

Cut the carrots, onions, and bell peppers into small cubes.

Make a cross-shaped incision at the top of the tomato and immerse it in boiling water for a few minutes, then peel off the skin.

We also chop it finely.

Now we rinse the chicken fillet and mince it using a meat grinder or blender, then season with salt and pepper.
