Cheeseburger-style soup with minced meat
Description
A hearty first course. Do you like cheeseburgers? Personally, I adore them, but I can't always allow myself to eat such high-calorie food. Recently, I prepared an amazing soup for my family, and the name is quite intriguing— "Cheeseburger." It's very easy to cook, and the result is a tender, aromatic, and incredibly delicious soup. Ladle into bowls and serve.
Instructions

Step 1

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Place the fried bacon on a plate, and in its place add the minced meat and fry well.

Step 3

Next, place the minced meat on a plate, and in a saucepan, simmer the finely chopped vegetables (cook until the onions become translucent).

Step 4

Then pour the broth over the vegetables, add salt to taste, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the starch with the grated cheese.

Step 5

Add the cheese with starch to the broth. Add the cream as well, mix everything well, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese has completely dissolved.

Step 6

Remove the finished soup from the heat and cover with a lid. While the soup is steeping, cut the buns into cubes and place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Pour the cheese soup into a deep plate, place a portion of minced meat and bacon on top, then sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs and finely chopped green onions.
