Soup in a blender
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. You can put raw vegetables directly into the blender—for example, when making a cold tomato soup—or cook them first and then blend. You can use any vegetables that go well together, as well as cream, cheese, or milk. Serve the soup hot.
