Turkish soup with bulgur

Description

Perfect for lunch. You can find several versions of this soup at Turkish resorts, where it is prepared with different types of fish. It turns out the most delicious, rich, and hearty when made with salmon and cod. To prepare this Turkish bulgur soup, you'll need leek instead of regular onion. Choose bulgur that is neither too fine nor too coarse. Follow my detailed recipe, then ladle into bowls and serve.
