Description

The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Try making "Tom Yum" soup with chicken broth. It makes the dish more nutritious, gives the soup a rich flavor and aroma, and pairs perfectly with seafood. You can omit the coconut milk in "Tom Yum" soup, but it helps mellow the spiciness, adds a creamy texture, and imparts a pleasant slightly sweet taste. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

    To prepare Tom Yum soup, gather the ingredients. The main ingredient is mussels. To increase the volume, you can add squid rings to the soup. Prepare the broth in advance. Chicken, fish, or vegetable broth will go well with seafood.

    Prepare the ingredients for the broth's flavor base. Cut the chili in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Crush the lemongrass with the flat side of a knife and slice the stalks lengthwise.
