Soup
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. You can prepare the soup using fish or chicken broth. For the classic recipe, we'll use shrimp, but you can substitute various types of seafood or even chicken. You can use enoki mushrooms for the recipe, but if you can't find them, feel free to replace them with button mushrooms, as these mushrooms have a rather neutral flavor rather than a strong taste. There's no equivalent to this soup in our cuisine, but all ingredients can now be easily found in any supermarket. So, let's cook this incredibly delicious soup and immerse ourselves a little in the atmosphere of Thailand. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
