
Cheese soup with shrimp

1. First, peel all the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, chop the onion, and grate the carrot.

2. In a saucepan, bring about two liters of water to a boil, season with salt to taste, and add bay leaf if desired. Add the potatoes to the saucepan and cook over medium heat.

3. Place the onion and carrots in a frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté. Then transfer to the pot with the potatoes.

4. Place frozen shrimp in boiling water for a few minutes.

5. Then drain in a colander, dry and peel. If desired, cut into 2-3 pieces.
