Pork soup in a multicooker

Description

This recipe won't take much time. Still, I like this seemingly simple method of preparing pork soup in a multicooker much more than soup cooked on the stovetop. Thanks to the additional browning of the meat, the soup turns out incredibly aromatic, with a rich, pronounced flavor! And there's no exaggeration—this soup will keep you full all day long! So do try making pork soup in a multicooker at home—you can see just how easy it is! By the way, in summer you can easily replace dried peas with fresh green peas, or omit them altogether, substituting any grain or pasta instead. After all, the key here is the amazing meat broth. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Instructions

    1. Rinse the peas under running water, then leave them in the water to soak and swell.

    3. Now pour oil into the multicooker bowl and fry the meat for 20 minutes using the "Baking" setting. Then add the onion and carrots, and fry for another 10 minutes.

    4. When the signal sounds, add the potatoes, rinsed peas, salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste. I used just one bay leaf.

    5. Pour clean water into the multicooker bowl up to the maximum fill line. Cook in "Stewing" mode under the lid for one hour.
