Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. "Shurpa" is a type of hearty soup traditional to Eastern countries. Today I want to tell you about it.

Rinse the meat and cut into large pieces.

Vegetables, except for tomatoes, peel and chop coarsely.

In a cast-iron pot with a thick bottom, pour in the oil and sauté the onion until golden brown, then add the meat.

When the meat is browned on all sides, add 1.5-2 liters of water and simmer for about an hour.

Now add the carrots, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Simmer for another 20 minutes.

Then add the potatoes, herbs, and spices. Let the soup boil until the potatoes are fully cooked. Serve the soup while it is still warm.
