Hearty and aromatic soup. Green tomato soups can be cold, prepared similarly to gazpacho, or hot soups and purees. I suggest trying a hot soup inspired by the well-known borscht. This dish is tasty, simple to prepare, and made from common ingredients. A great addition to diversify your everyday menu. Serve in bowls and enjoy.

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Pour the ready-made meat broth into a saucepan. For a vegetarian version, simply replace the broth with plain water. Place on the stove and bring to a boil.

    After boiling, add the shredded cabbage.

    Add the diced potatoes after about 5 minutes.
