
Soup with green tomatoes
Description

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the ready-made meat broth into a saucepan. For a vegetarian version, simply replace the broth with plain water. Place on the stove and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add the shredded cabbage.

Add the diced potatoes after about 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a skillet and add diced onion and grated carrot.

Sauté the vegetables until soft, then add sliced bell pepper, tomato wedges, sugar, and spices to taste.
