Description
A hearty first course. I admit, I've never been a big fan of soups. But I liked this recipe so much that I decided to share it. Apple soup is perfect for a festive lunch. Try to use a young chicken—the meat will be more tender—and sweet-sour apples, which pair wonderfully with poultry. Curry will add a pleasant spiciness to the soup, while sour cream gives it a mild yet rich flavor. Ladle into bowls and serve.
