    First of all, let's prepare the broth, which we'll cook in a regular pot. Cut the meat into pieces, rinse it, place it in the pot, pour in water, and set it on the stove. When the liquid comes to a boil, skim off the foam, reduce the heat, and add onion, carrot, bay leaf, and allspice to the broth. Simmer for half an hour, then strain through cheesecloth. Pour the broth into the multicooker bowl.
