Cheese Braid Soup
Description
Serve the colorful cheese soup with unsweetened pastries, croutons, toasted bread, etc. If desired, you can use smoked brined cheese instead of regular brined cheese. Don't forget fresh dill—it enhances the cheese flavor. Serve the soup hot.
