Sausage soup
Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. Sausage soup has become one of my favorite first courses. You can use milk or smoked sausages. Alternatively, regular boiled sausage works just as well. The soup turns out light yet satisfying. Anyway, I highly recommend giving it a try. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
