Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Since this soup is cooked in water, I recommend adding sour cream to make the broth richer and more filling. In addition to onion and carrot, you can also use sweet pepper, for example, or frozen vegetable mixes. So, let's get started. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add salt, and add the potatoes cut into cubes. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
