Cut the bell pepper and onion, and grate the carrot on a grater.

Cut the poultry meat into small pieces. Pour in water and place on the stove to boil. Skim off the foam.

Sauté onion, carrot, and bell pepper in vegetable oil.

Add the peeled potatoes to the broth. Cook for 15 minutes. Then add the sautéed vegetables. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt, ground paprika, pepper, and other spices to your taste.
