Soup with hunter's sausages and cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cheese soup with hunter's sausages is a real lifesaver when you want to prepare a quick and tasty lunch but are limited in time and ingredients. This soup cooks very quickly, as there's no need to simmer broth for a long time, and it requires a minimum of ingredients that you almost always have in your fridge. Even if you decide to buy ingredients specifically for this soup, you won't spend too much money—and that's important too, isn't it? Well then, let's get started preparing this delicious soup.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and rinse all the vegetables. I will be cooking the soup in a 3.5-liter pot, so I immediately fill it with water to about two-thirds of its capacity and place it on the stove.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and put them into boiling water.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the onion into small pieces. This time I will use frozen carrots, grated on a fine grater. Finely chop the garlic.
- 4
Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. First add the garlic, and as soon as it begins to release its aroma, add the onion and carrot. Sauté for a few minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Then add the sausages cut into small pieces to the pan and lightly fry. Transfer the resulting sauté to the pot. Season with salt to taste, add pepper, bay leaf, and other spices to taste.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the processed cheese into small cubes so that they melt faster in the soup.
- 7
Step 7

Add the processed cheese to the soup, stirring until the cheese is completely dissolved. If the cheese is of good quality, it will melt fairly quickly.
- 8
Step 8

Taste again for salt, and add more if needed. Finely chop the herbs (I used a mix of parsley and dill) and add them to the soup. Remove the pot from the heat and let the soup steep for about 10 minutes.

Step 9

Pour onto plates and serve.
