
Soup with meat and mushrooms
Description
Boil the pork for an hour after the water comes to a boil. Prepare the sauté, then combine everything in the soup. You'll lick your fingers—guaranteed! Serve the meat and mushroom soup hot. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Wash the pork, cover with water, and place over heat. After it comes to a boil, cook for 1 hour.

Rinse the barley.

Cut the potatoes into pieces.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

10-15 minutes before the meat is done, add barley, potatoes, and half of the onion to the pot.

Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces.

Heat a frying pan, add a little vegetable oil, then add the carrots, mushrooms, and remaining onion. Simmer together for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Cut the cooked meat into pieces and return it to the soup.

When the barley is ready, add the sautéed mixture to the soup, along with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 5 minutes.
