
Soup with pasta and canned peas
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Soups without frying are quick and easy to prepare. Fresh vegetables enrich the soup with vitamins and give it an excellent flavor. The absence of excess fat makes such soups healthier. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

Step 1

Cut the chicken into pieces and pour two liters of boiling water over it. Bring to a boil again, skim off the foam, and reduce the heat to minimum. Add chopped onion and cook until the chicken is half done.

Peel the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Add to the soup and cook until almost done.

Add pasta and sliced tomatoes to the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the pasta is done. Add half a can of canned peas to the soup, bring to a boil. Then stir in chopped fresh herbs and turn off the heat.
