Description
The recipe won't take much time. This soup is an excellent option for a light, not too heavy lunch, since heavy food often causes fatigue and sometimes even drowsiness. But with this simple noodle soup recipe prepared in a multicooker, that won't happen at all—it's easily digestible, yet quite nutritious. This golden, aromatic soup is suitable for both adults and children, giving you energy, vitality, and a good mood. So, for all lovers of simple and light meals, I'm now sharing the recipe. The soup is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, place in the multicooker bowl.
- 2
Step 2

We also peel the carrots and finely chop or grate them on a coarse grater, then add to the onions.
- 3
Step 3

You can use any parts of the chicken for this soup, but in my case, I used drumsticks. Rinse them under cold water, remove the skin, and place them in the multicooker with the other ingredients.
- 4
Step 4

Now pour in the water, add salt and spices to taste, and mix everything.
- 5
Step 5

Now place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, and set the "Soup" mode for one hour.
- 6
Step 6

Meanwhile, rinse the fresh herbs and chop them finely.
- 7
Step 7

When there are 15-20 minutes remaining until the end of the program, we open the lid, add noodles and chopped herbs to the soup, stir, and close the lid.
- 8
Step 8

When the soup is ready, the multicooker will sound an alarm.
- 9
Step 9

Pour the ready soup into bowls and serve at the table. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
