Soup with sauerkraut and chicken
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Serve the hot soup with sour cream, fresh herbs, and vegetables. If you like spicy soups, add chili pepper or ground black pepper. There's no need to squeeze the cabbage before cooking—it gives the soup a more vivid flavor. Some housewives even pour in sauerkraut brine while cooking. Serve with herbs and sour cream.
